Broadridge post is out. I think this is a very high quality business trading at a reasonable price. Even though AI and tokenized securities pose hypothetical risks, replicating what Broadridge has built in governance and communications would be difficult, especially displacing its monopoly in proxy and interim delivery. Been waiting on this one, but I’m finally long!
