I’m having a really hard time because my dad is very sick in the end stages of Alzheimer’s. I’m going to let myself feel this and grieve this more, instead of muscling through all my stupid Tasks because they’re easier than feeling difficult emotions. Don’t wait as long as I did to realize the importance of this if you’re going through something similar
