There’s so much information out there.
Especially when you’re trying to take care of yourself… when you’re looking for answers… when you just want to feel better.
And not all of it is meant to support you.
Some of it is designed to pull you in. To create urgency. To make you feel like you’re missing something.
I’ve started to notice how important it is to pause before taking anything in.
To check how it feels in my body. To ask if it feels steady… or rushed.
That alone has become a kind of clarity.
Not everything needs my attention. Not everything needs my energy.
And not everything that sounds promising is meant for me.
