After two months away from the first full draft of my next novel—time I spent reading, journaling, thinking, and picking a shit ton of mangoes in my backyard—I feel ready to dive back into revisions. Today is printing day. It’s just a pile of paper, ink, and good intentions for now. But this is how it all starts. A little moment that (I hope) will turn into a real book. And if it doesn’t, that’s aight too. Either way, I’m moving forward, and closer.
