Something doesn't add up, and I need your help figuring out what.

A company raised €9.4 billion in the largest European IPO in a decade. The kind of number that makes you assume everything is fine, that the adults are in charge, that the future is handled. Two years later that same company posted its first loss in history, cut 1,900 jobs, and watched 98% of its automotive profit disappear in a single year. Every model in the lineup is bleeding…..except one. One model grew while the others collapsed, and nobody's asking why.

I pinned five clues to the board.

This is On the Board: a new series at BrandLab where I lay out the raw evidence once a month and you tell me what you think happened. No verdict from me. Not yet. You read the clues, you make the case in the comments, and the following week I publish the full autopsy.

First case is live. The patient is still breathing. Barely. And the official explanation smells like a press release written by someone who hopes you won't check the numbers.

The board is open. Link in the comments
