I feel the same way. And, I try to comment and respond to all who post their heart. I have had that feeling of feeling exposed after I shared something and wondering if I will be judged or rejected. So, I believe responding to those who share themselves here is important. They are offering a gift of their own experiences and struggles to try to help others. And, I respect and honor that.
