• Political Shift: Originally a Democratic donor (supporting Pete Buttigieg and Joe Biden in 2020), Helberg moved to the Republican party, citing "wokeism" and what he perceived as a weakening stance on Israel and China. He donated over $2 million to Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign.  

• The Hill and Valley Forum: He founded this influential working group to bring together venture capitalists, defense contractors, and lawmakers to accelerate the adoption of defense technology to "out-innovate" China.

The "takeover" of U.S. critical infrastructure is largely centered on the hardware that manages physical operations—Industrial Controller Chips (PLCs).
