Here’s a simple practice: write down the reasons you’re stuck—the stories you tell yourself about why you can’t change—and then challenge each one like an honest friend would: Is this actually true?Or is it just a comfortable explanation that keeps the discomfort of change at a distance?

Sometimes the fastest path forward isn’t a new plan—it’s getting honest about the beliefs that are quietly holding you in place.
