If they won’t take easy shots across the bow like this, would they really do bigger, more important things that need to be done? Break up firms that bribed Trump for merger approval? Investigate executives who arranged the payments? Impose accountability on organizations, foreign governments, judges, and others who participated in the Trump-era bonanza of venal and intellectual corruption?
