When you think capital gains, you probably think stocks.
But you can also earn capital gains from bonds, real estate, precious metals, crypto, art, and other investing asset classes.
Capital gains can powerful, but you have to be able to stomach the volatility.
The taxes you pay might also depend on how long you hold the asset.

When you think of income, you probably think of real estate.
But bonds, bank accounts, and even stocks can produce income.
Earning a return through income tends to be slower than capital gains, but it's usually more reliable and steady.
However, you might be taxed at a normal rate on the income you recieve.
So, which one is better?
The answerโฆdepends on YOU.
What are YOU looking for in an investment?
Income or capital gains?
There is no right or wrong answer.
There's only the right or wrong answer for YOU.
