Hey, Citizen Raff! Substack doesn’t function the same way as Bluesky. I would love to make one for here, but it would mean that you’d just subscribed to about 50 Substacks and slog through whatever the creator chooses to post to Notes. People don’t use Notes here quite the same way that one automatically does on a dedicated microblogging site.
