It’s ironic how often we try to move forward while still slowing down, taking time to check if everyone is okay with it.

Like we’re building momentum in one direction, but then turning our head to make sure no one is uncomfortable with the version of us that’s emerging.

At some point, you realize the climb asks for your full attention.

And approval usually comes after you’ve reached the top of where you’re headed, not before.
