I hate New Years… it makes me feel like I am behind. I put so much pressure on the idea of leveling up and keeping up with everyone I see on social media. I’ve been feeling super burnt out lately, wondering what my next big career move will be and I loved this perspective on purpose…that sometimes it can be small which makes it no less significant.

But what if your purpose is simply to build a good life? To raise kind children. To cook a little better each year. To read a few excellent books. To notice the seasons. To build meaningful relationships. To help others. To give time - and money if you can - to causes you care about. Isn’t that what people will remember anyway?
