So Johanna C. Eschwald is a genie, it turns out. I had my suspicions. We here in the Middle East know our djinn.
Three wishes:
A sailboat. Something in the fifty or sixty-foot range, fully kitted out, so the wife and I can comfortably wander the world at a respectable, wind-powered pace.
The superpower from Jumper. The ability to instantly travel anywhere I can visualize. For those days when sailing feels just a touch too slow.
And finally to be able to fully provide for my family through writing alone. Not wealth for wealth’s sake, that sounds dull. I want to make my living doing the thing I love most, and make enough of it to take care of the people I love most.
