Interesting Lenny Rachitsky …BUT the 'process' is where the magic lives. Before we talk about automating the entire dev cycle, we have to ask if we’ve evolved our job descriptions properly for the “AI Area”.

Interestingly enough, the shift might have less to do with the tech and MORE with grounding our teams in 1) Principles, 2) To Be State, and 3) JTBD.
