hot take from someone with an MSc in nutrition: protein bars are ultra-processed food with a marketing degree.
most contain more additives, seed oils, and artificial sweeteners than a candy bar. the "high protein" label has become a permission slip to ignore everything else on the ingredient list.
eat real food. if you want a snack with protein in it, eat greek yogurt, a boiled egg, or some cheese!
