I would LOVE to hear more about the ginger. I have a garden in coastal central CA and I grow turmeric very successfully, but my ginger always lacks that juicy spicy kick that makes ginger ginger. It tastes like a plain dried root. So if you and Chan have any insight into how to grow it well I’m all 👂 !
