Candor is there to help people doing user research, with a focus on problem discovery, problem validation, concept testing and price testing.

It generates incredibly robust, scientifically rigorous personas that you can then interview manually or automatically.

AI synthetic user research is a compliment to interviewing humans, not a replacement. But it’s definitely faster and less expensive to do!

Building things has gotten so much easier with AI. Building the right things is still very, very hard.

Doing user research helps mitigate the risk of building the wrong thing. We’re using Candor internally now (at Highline Beta) and want to bring others on board to test it out!
