I don’t really enjoy cooking and I’m not the best at it either 😅
So this is my go to for quick, nutritious meals.
90 second rice (has carbs and a bit of protein) and chunky salsa (flavor and includes some vegetables).
If I want more veggies and texture, I like this mixed frozen veggie bag from Costco (they can also be microwaved!). And if I want more protein, I’ll add in some beans and/or fully cooked fajita meat.
You can also do different sauces! I’ll sometimes do a peanut sauce for a more Asian inspired flavor or marinara for an Italian twist!
