The app for independent voices

I’m trying out having a “to-done list” instead of a “to-do list”.

I usually have a checklist of things I want to remember to do each day as an ADHD mom like making sure I take my meds and my supplements, spend some time working on my writing, etc.

But today I opened up my Notes app and wrote out the different areas in my life that I want to make progress in (faith, fitness, home management, writing, etc) through daily sustainable rhythms.

I then logged all the different little things that I have done to make progress in each of those categories throughout the day and now looking back at everything I have gotten done, I’m so much more encouraged than before when I would just see all the things I didn’t yet get to.

So go ahead and make yourself a “to-done list” instead of a to-do list this week!
