When I was in burnout, I learned it was less about WHAT I ate and more about HOW I ate.
I stopped asking, “What should I eat?” and started asking, “What will help me feel steady today?”
Water before coffee. Protein, carbs, fat, and nutrients in at least 2 meals. Grace when it’s takeout again.
That helped me fight against both over and under eating.
