importing incompetent H-1B workers with bogus credentials who often get their entire household to collaborate on work.

They’re also often very ethnically chauvinist, and will go out of their way to fill their entire department with people who look like them.

Leaving aside all these weird and somewhat ridiculous discussions around the ethics of job-stacking itself, I’m pretty annoyed that we can’t have an honest public conversation around this particular piece. Everyone is incredibly unwilling to discuss the H1B / ethnic nepotism / chauvinism question in good faith.

Canada, in particular, has it way worse than the USA – but in any case, it’s undeniable that our government seems to have an explicit goal to flood the labor market with as many unskilled bozos (many of whom are call center Pajeets) as possible for no other reason than Stonk Line Go Up™.

I remember that this practice of staffing teams with foreign friendlies had only barely started when I was working in Silicon Valley half a decade ago, but many of my old contacts have said this practice has become much worse particularly post-COVID.

This, by the way, imposes a deep cost on High IQ / Elite Human Capital immigrants that are genuinely patriotic, and who love the West as something more than a Glorified Economic Empire, and want to integrate into something more through extensive assimilation. Questionable how many such types of immigrants exist nowadays, I guess.

I think there’s openings to seriously discuss how some sort of Saffron Futurism could be implemented to bridge the Anglo-Indian cultural and communication gaps. But until more people who are like me take pretty strong immigration restrictionist stances, the obvious consequence is that whites need to (and should) use whatever tools at their disposal to accumulate and deploy capital in their collective self-interest.

That’s not an “oppression” narrative from Heritage Americans. It’s also not me “being edgy” to uphold white supremacy – an accusation that has been leveled at me more times than I would have expected.

We need to come up with some platform or messaging that isn’t always guilt tripping Hart-Cellars and their 2nd generation kids into rhetorical submission with: “How dare you oppose the next wave of fifteen million browns? Aren’t you a brown immigrant yourself? Look at the hypocrisy!” 🙄

Rather sick of all the rhetorical admonishment at this point.
