The Governor-General should be elected by the people, not appointed on the recommendation of the sitting Prime Minister. That inevitably creates indebtedness.
The office should be entirely independent of the elected government, so it can act when governments fail the public, squander taxpayer money, flood the country with mass immigration, and tax Australians into poverty.
