Your prayers, thoughts & positive energy are needed for Maya. She is aged 12, a strong hockey player, a Canadian, and a resident of my province of British Columbia.

She is currently fighting for her life after being shot in the head & neck in Tumbler Ridge while trying to lock the classroom door during a mass shooting.

Her mom posted this photo (search on Instagram or Facebook for Cia Later). Share widely. She expresses gratitude for all the prayers and messages received thus far as her daughter is hanging in there. Maya moved today and she is already defying the doctors’ grim prognosis.
