Sometimes “making” needs to be simple and productive. Today, I focused on meal planning and prepping super simple meals because I have a really creative and busy week.

On the menu for the week:

  • One sheet pan sesame chicken and stir fry vegetables

  • Vegetable-loaded chili with ancestral blend, pasture-raised beef

  • Chicken soup made with bone broth and gluten-free noodles, served with a side salad

  • Lunches: Kevin’s meals protein + roasted veggies + calrose rice

The act of chopping and roasting veggies is itself a Creatrix task, both because I am making something through food, and because I am tending to my vessel.
