A young father I met in a park said something that stuck with me.

“Kids don’t get to dream anymore. We need to let kids be kids for a while.”

He’s right.

I had a wonderful childhood full of adventure living in the country and using my imagination to entertain myself.

Without the ability to imagine, we can’t dream. Without the ability to dream, we lose faith in the possibility of a better future.

Our society has taught several generations to grow up fast, stop dreaming and be productive.

We need to re-imagine our world. Dream of the possibilities. Spend more time in nature and be a kid again.
