I'd no idea - "venues are required to provide Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs)" I'm so glad your friend could find that out for you. Geez, places seem to be quick to ban, where's the old fear about 'reputational damage' gone and basic DEI (I mean I think I know but it's so disappointing)!
