I’m in the season of life where “30-minute meals” are very much essential. BUT, I still want them to be tasty, unique, seasonal, healthy-ish, and bring me joy to cook. That’s where my new recipe comes in: Fish Tacos with Creamy Cabbage Slaw. I take my Carrot Cayenne Hot Sauce (if you know, you know) and mix that with mayo, red cabbage, and cilantro for a stupidly simple creamy cabbage slaw. The fish gets baked in the oven while everything comes together. Oh, and I use instant rice because we’re working smart, not hard here! Recipe on my website (no ads, no paywall).
