Solo travels yay or nay? Have you done it, what do you think about it?

Gentle, heart centred travels instead of tourist attraction lists. ❤️ I’ll be travelling to Portugal celebrating my birthday alone. Finding myself at major crossroads in my life right now, it will be a nourishing trip.

I’ll be writing a piece about it and am open to questions, suggestions, and thoughts to include!

Despite the forecasted rain, I can’t wait to explore the city of Porto and go inward, meeting myself.
