Question to the void since my notes get swallowed up.

Years ago, a now-big time literary agent sent me a note saying if I ever write a book, he wanted first dibs. Now, the internet says he doesn’t take new writers.

The book is done. Should I attempt to query him anyway? Mutual friends say he will remember me.

But, it states he doesn’t take new authors.

What would y’all do?
