Hey Erica, that’s a great start. It seems like you’re trying to focus on too many things at once. Can you narrow the focus? I’d love to see it more focused on who you help, the transformation or outcome and how you helped them achieve that outcome. Forget about the hustle culture, marketing and the business part. This sounds like internal work that you’re teaching. The question is Who is it for and what is The outcome or transformation For the individual? The more specific you are the better. Saying things like "move slower, breathe deeper, and enjoy life" are very broad and can mean lots of different things to different people.
