Growing up we always had “ice magic” in our pantry.  It’s easy to make your own with whole foods and it tastes much better.  Put a few squares (I used eight Whittaker’s squares) of your favourite chocolate into a small bowl with a teaspoon of tasteless coconut oil.  Melt it over a small pot of simmering water using a bain-marie method. Once it has melted, pour it into a small bowl and then over your ice cream and wait for it to harden then enjoy!
