Lamb breast is a relatively inexpensive cut and incredibly tasty.  This rolled lamb is filled with lemon zest and apricots, and the roasted lemon’s acidity perfectly balances the lamb’s flavour and richness. I’ll share the recipe tomorrow, and you may want to cook it for Christmas 💙
