I was sooo tempted to get some favourites from last time, but determination to try more of the menu won over 😤
the spread:
• Malted Milk Maritozzi—embodies contrast like no other! Fluffy bread against lusciously rich cream, salty pretzel essence merries caramelly malt ball. YUM
• Jalapeño Popper Milk Bun—love love love love love. It’s my favourite appetizer all grown-up: she’s bold, confident, and unapologetically garlic-y, cheesy, spicy
• Passionfruit Curd Bun—teleports you to the tropics with its punchy tangy freshness woven in the curd filling and the dollop of frosting on top (though I would’ve loved 3x more filling!)
• Alpine Comté Cheese Stick—the caramelized cheese webs are deliciously crunchy and when you get a bite with comté its a salty umami dream…though I still found myself wanting more 😆 (what can I say, I love cheese)
