Thank you to Johanna C. Eschwald for nominating me. These are always fun. Although I don’t have many favorites. They tend to change with my mood.

Favourite Colour: I don’t have a favorite color. But my least favorite one would be blue.

Favourite Animal: Cats and ferrets. I had a ferret once called Stalin because he had red eyes and was quite the little dictator.

Favourite Movie: Lord of the Rings: Two Towers, Rebecca (2020), Crimson Peak, any gothic period piece.

Favourite Series: Spartacus, Buffy the Vampire Slayer is very nostalgic for me, Peaky Blinders.

Favourite Filmmaker: I don’t really watch many movies and I don’t usually care who the filmmaker is.

Favourite Actor: Jason Isaacs.

Favourite Actress: Emilia Clarke.

Favourite Band: I am a big fan of the 1930s big bands. No one will know who that is, but the Lew Stone orchestra is my favorite. Other than that, I’m a big fan of the Beatles, Jethro Tull and Jefferson Airplane. As for more recent artists, I’d say Ren, Lights, Sub Urban, and Chinchilla are pretty solid.

Favourite Food/Dessert: Japanese cheesecake for dessert. Favorite food is risotto or fresh pasta.

Favourite Drink: Coffee. Definitely coffee. And milk bubble tea with tapioca pearls.

Favourite Clothes: Wrap skirts, swing skirts, and vintage clothes. I particularly enjoy linen summer dresses you would wear during the Italian summer, and I love to wear hats when I can.

Favourite Novel: Hands down Rebecca (Daphne du Maurier). All The Light We Cannot See (Anthony Doerr), Jane Eyre (Charlotte Brontë). Honorable mention to The Picture of Dorian Gray (Oscar Wilde), and my H.P. Lovecraft compendium of short stories (At the Mountains of Madness is by far my favorite short story of his).
