Phone calls with my mom these days be like:

Mom: “yeah so it’s 0° right now”

Me: “ohhh wowwww and I thought I was chilly this morning haha”

Mom: “oh, what’s the weather like down there?”

Me: “…it was 65° this morning and now it’s 82°”

ANYWAY um if you’re facing that winter storm, (1) please please please stay safe and (2) don’t ask for survival tips from me because apparently two years is all it took for me to forget how to survive the winter 😅
