I run a bakery from my apartment in Stockholm called Bageriet Lördag, the Saturday Bakery! This year, to celebrate the Christmas season, we are selling cookie boxes. Each box comes with seven types of cookies. This is a nod to the (very old fashioned) adage that a proper Swedish housewife should always have 7 types of cookies ready to serve any guest who happens to drop by.

🍪Chokladsnittar med polkagris: chocolate “cuts” with crushed candy cane

🍪Norska nötkakor: Norwegian hazelnut cookies
