A federal judge has upheld the felony conviction against former Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan, who was found guilty of helping an illegal evade ICE agents at the courthouse.

The funny thing: the thug she helped, Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, illegally entered the U.S. twice and has a "violent criminal history including strangulation and suffocation, battery, and domestic abuse."

Update 7/7/2026: Comrade-Judge Hannah Dugan will be sentenced on July 8 by U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman.

Update: 7/8/26: Former Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan was sentenced to pay a $5,000 fine and avoided all prison time.
