Today in Sweethearts History… we did something a little different thanks to Julie Stephenson of So Elly, a local nyc fashion designer whose pieces I quietly revere. Julie DM-ed me because she’d seen some of my work and wondered if we could collaborate on a story about textile design and baking. She loves to bake and was trying to figure out what the connections or thru lines were there. And so we talked. Snickerdoodles were involved. I really loved doing this one and I learned a lot… also I added numerous items to my wardrobe wishlist, which maybe wasn’t the best thing for me, but as I always say, it’s good to have goals!
