Money means nothing to the 3rd Obama administration. If any is left over after the California millionaires get government assistance, the Republicans in North Carolina will still be suffering.

I'm only hoping the extreme heat of the LA fires weakens the connection of California to the rest of the USA and that worthless desert floats out to sea and sinks.
