Diageo released its half year results this week and they were not pretty.

Sales were down, profit was down, the dividend was slashed. And 2026 financial guidance was cut, again.

In fact, there was very little in these results to encourage.

But Diageo has a new CEO, Dave Lewis. He comes with a stellar reputation. And he has a plan. Will it succeed?
