Most EB1A/O1A profile checks ask the wrong first question: "Do I qualify?"

The more useful first question is: what is the bottleneck today?

For most people, the answer is one of five things:

- The profile is real, but the evidence map is messy.

- O1A is the near-term route, but the criteria buckets are unclear.

- EB1A self-filing is possible, but the packet structure is not ready.

- USCIS already pushed back with an RFE, NOID, or denial.

- Status, employer, I-485, travel, or deadline timing needs counsel before evidence work.
