The goal with Orange members is to add an additional layer of detail in the analysis, plus closer access to myself. Once a month, we have a conference call where I go through the key topics of interest in the slide-deck (which I update pre-call), and members can ask direct questions to probe into areas of interest in more detail. Many of the ideas will echo between the newsletter and Orange, but Orange opens up more direct lines to my thinking behind it.
