It’s starting to get hot and this is the thing I make when I need something cold and light. Horchata granita. Super simple, you freeze it, scrape it, and eat it. It’s creamy and finished with mango, kiwi, and pineapple.

If you already love horchata, this is another way to use it. If you’ve never made granita before, this is a good one to start with.
