I think coding agents could just solve lots of problems to do with outdated software in government, not only at BIS but also at BIS. Obviously, this needs to be done with care and a great emphasis on testing and correctness. I hope this can also make government systems more secure, but this probably depends on governments having differential access to the best, highly cyber-capable agents.
