One pattern is clearly dominating: long-context programming and technical reasoning. Large amounts of state are getting passed in — codebases, logs, configuration files, and prior decisions. The model is reasoning through them (spending lots of reasoning tokens in the process), calling tools, changing something, checking the result, and looping again
