Make money doing the work you believe in

Did you see this post from Substack regarding recruitment of Mormon men and why?

The first stage is Mormon seminary.

High school students sit through one hour of structured indoctrination every weekday for four years.

The program is designed to produce a worldview that cannot be dislodged by adult life experience.

The second stage is the Mormon mission.

Between sixty and eighty thousand young adults per year are sent out for two years of full-time, applied training in disciplined messaging, structured outreach, rapport-building at scale, and conversion at volume.

The CIA and FBI recruit out of returned missionary populations.

Sales-driven corporations recruit out of returned missionary populations.

The reason is the same in every case.

The two years produces a worker who has internalized a templated approach to converting strangers and a workflow for pipeline development at scale.

The mission is not a ritual. It is a workforce-training apparatus.

The third stage is the priesthood pipeline.

Returned missionaries come home and immediately enter leadership rotations inside their wards.

Unlike most Christian denominations, Mormon bishops and elders’ quorum presidents do not attend seminary or pastoral school.

The mission is the credential.

By the end of the pipeline, the Church has a self-replicating leadership class trained in messaging, organization, and authority, recycled through congregations on rotating volunteer terms.

Tyler Boyer is the man who recognized that this pipeline could be pointed at electoral politics.

He is from Mesa.

He served his Mormon mission in Russia.

He returned, entered Arizona Republican politics, and built a reputation for organizing at scale.

He hosted the first Trump rally in 2015.

That same year he met Charlie Kirk and stepped in as the operational builder of Turning Point USA.

He became Chief Operating Officer of both TPUSA and Turning Point Action, the 501(c)(4) electoral arm.

He has been the through-line at every node of TPUSA’s growth.

What he built is the Mormon pipeline retargeted at MAGA.

The TPUSA campus chapter network is the mission model ported to college campuses.

The TPUSA high school chapter program is the seminary model ported to high schools.

The leadership development track into Republican electoral office is the priesthood pipeline ported to politics.

The staff is, by Charlie Kirk’s own repeated public statements, more than half Mormon.

Kirk’s last public remarks before he was killed, delivered at Utah Valley University, included a direct affirmation of Mormons as the operational backbone of his organization.

The pipeline also runs through the pageant networks Boyer activated for the first Trump rally.

Erica Frantzve, the 2012 Miss Arizona who circulated through the Trump-owned Miss Universe pipeline, entered the Trump political orbit in 2015 through Boyer’s outreach to former Arizona pageant winners.

She was on the stage behind Donald Trump at the first Trump rally three years before she met Charlie Kirk and roughly a decade before she became CEO of TPUSA in the days after his killing.

Her relationship with the Trump apparatus predates her relationship with Kirk by years.

Boyer is the named connective tissue.

The infrastructure is the pipeline that produces the operatives, the messaging discipline, the youth feeder, the electoral ground game, the donor network, and the next generation of candidates.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, operating through one of the most disciplined leadership-development apparatuses on the planet, is now pointed at the American political system.

Jennie Gage is the witness explaining how the funnel runs.
