Holy shit! "reserved for immigrants with extraordinary ability" in no way applies to Melanoma! She is the most embarrassing, grifting first lady in my lifetime, and I am 85 years old.

Also she is a high school drop out and was never even a top notch model! Nothing to offer other than nude photos and after over 30 years she still doesn’t speak descent English so she certainly isnt bright enough to be necessary!
