I wanted to share a tragedy with you all. And ask you for help.

On Saturday night, my college friend Matt Graham, his wife Regan Cole-Graham and their two young boys were riding bikes in Los Angeles.

She was struck by a car and killed. She was also 7 months pregnant with their third child -- a little girl.

A Go Fund Me page has been set up for Matt and the kids.

I understand that not everyone is in a financial position to donate.

But, if you are, please give what you can to my friend who has had his entire life change in the space of the last 2 days.
