BREAKING: The full U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit will be rehearing the challenge to Trump’s Alien Enemies Act proclamation out of the Northern District of Texas known as W.M.M. v. Trump en banc — putting off U.S. Supreme Court review.

Because of the Supreme Court’s earlier order in this case, AEA-based removals from the Northern District of Texas remain blocked during this rehearing.

Here is the order, with a little back-and forth from Judge Leslie Southwick, who wrote the three-judge panel opinion, and Judge James Ho.
